As you would expect from our name, we really want to tailor our options to suit you so, if you don’t see what you’re looking for below, please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.
Whether its short-term, long-term, 30 minutes, an hour, once, twice or three times a week, solo or with a friend; following on from your FREE consultation we will discuss the way forward that best suits you.
The Consultation will include a brief questionnaire, designed to assess your readiness to engage in a physical training program, an Informed Consent Form, to be completed once the full process has been thoroughly explained, some basic health tests (Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate etc.) and assessments relative to your goal to create a baseline against which you can see your progress. Following your assessments, and a discussion around your objectives, we will build a program designed to get you from one to the other. Consultation
Lasting about an hour* the consultation
process will enable us to understand you as an individual,
your current levels of health and fitness, and what you are looking to achieve.
All consultations are FREE.
*For those wishing to schedule sessions relating to back
issues the consultation process will last closer to 1 ½ hours.
Standard Sessions
1-2-1 A session of any length, totally tailored to what you want to achieve. Just you and the trainer focussed on a program specifically designed to help you meet your goals.
2-2-1 Share the
fun and the cost. Encourage a friend or family member to join you just for the
company or for a bit of friendly competition. Depending upon goal alignment,
and relative starting point, exercises will be adapted to play to your
strengths and strengthen your weaknesses.

Block Booking
If you book your sessions in blocks, and either pay upfront
or by Direct Debit, not only do you qualify for free sessions but also for a
free +1 ticket, enabling you to bring a friend or family member along to one of
your sessions for free.

Monthly Plan
Twice Monthly Training Session + Programming £100 per person* per month
Following an initial Training & Metrics session of 1 ¼ hours, a program is prepared containing additional exercises that enables the client to alternate planned, progressive workouts until the 2nd training session of the month. After this session the program is updated based on observations from the session. Each month the process is repeated with entirely new programs and exercises to maintain enthusiasm and adherence.
Twice Monthly Training Session + Programming
£100 per person* per month
*Training 2 people simultaneously with the same objectives can be accommodated at £140 per pair per month.
